The best in the business! I recommended light dimmers for our small-ish office since we have people working round the clock or in different shifts. We're only a handful of busy people, no one can really be bothered to adjust the lights as needed so the dim feature was convenient. I was on the look out for a different home security system or monitoring group since my rates kept increasing with my previous service. I talked to Forbel and they were able to switch out my original control panel with a much newer and attractive touch screen control panel. Installation was done real quick and clean. All of my original sensors worked and there is an easy website and phone app to control the alarm. I was also able to setup specific push notifications, which I've never been able to do with other alarm systems. We are Midwest-based Managed Service Provider and have been using Forbel for the past 5+ year. It's been a very satisfying experience. They've done multiple residential and commercial projects for our customers including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, professional offices, warehouse and manufacturing facilities. Forbel is the go-to vendor for us when we need to deploy intrusion alarm systems, high-definition security cameras, access control, and structured cabling for computers and wireless access points. They are quite competitive with pricing, provide modern solutions, always on time and bring no surprises with additional costs later in the project unlike many other companies we had to deal with. One very important point - their staff is very tidy, leaving the place sparkling clean after themselves.

I’m very happy with the security panel which they helped me select. I can basically manage my security system from anywhere: my house, my phone, my computer. Even when someone calls the doorbell I can view the camera feed from my phone. All my neighbors are very jealous now. Every since the installation I feel that my house is a very safe place!

Forbel Alarms, Inc. installed a fire alarm system and an intercom system at our recently completed 15 unit, 25,000 square foot adaptive reuse project in Evanston. Dzmitry and his crew were courteous, knowledgeable and capable. Ran into a snag with some electronic schlage locks and what took us 2 months of calling tech support and banging our heads against the wall Vlad figured out in 2 hours and reprogrammed every door lock and reset up our system. I worked with Forbel for our speaker system when we built out a brand new location for our bridal business. They were significantly less expensive than many of the other companies I received quotes from and an absolute dream to work with! Dzimitry always answered my calls, worked around the GC's very tight (and every changing) timeline, he was professional and kind. We had an issue where the GC's team actually cut some of the low voltage wiring they had installed, and a couple of other issues with the team doing the build out, but he was very calm in handling all of them and worked with them to get the job done. I cannot say enough positive things about working with this business and Dzimitry. I would give them 10 stars if i could! I absolutely recommend them!

I manage 20,000 square ft youth facility in Chicago. Throughout the day, we serve over 300 youth, and have over 10 staff all using technology at the same time. Before our work with Forbel Alarms, we had numerous issues with Internet connection. Our youth were constantly obtaining the passwords, adding multiple devices, and ultimately crashing the internet connections. We also had old, dated access points that never worked properly. When Dzmitry from Forbel Alarms came to the facility, he was able to walk me through the issues, and explain them in a way that I could understand. Forbel Alarms changed all the access points, provided me with software to monitor Wi-Fi use by members and trained me to use it. Since their services, our internet speed has improved, we have far fewer connection issues, and in the few instances that we needed assistance, Forbel Alarms sent someone out immediately for tech support. I would highly recommend Forbel Alarms for any internet connection projects, and will use them for all our future connection needs.

Security is a piece of mind and with Forbel you can be confident you will have it. Three years ago they have set up security system for our home. It was easier than I thought and very professional. They have explained where and why they have placed sensors, trouble shoot the system with us and show us how to use it. Week ago they have installed the smart door lock for us and connected it to the same app, as usual, quick, professional and easy. Forbel installed a sidewalk intercom for our 4-unit building. We received a good price and quality seems good. Dzmitry not only gave us a good price on the intercom but he also informed us that we could save a lot of money by using RCN Business instead of our former provider for the telephone line connected to the intercom. He also sent his crew back several times without complaint because there were installation problems that turned out to be caused by the RCN plan we signed up for.

Forbel Custom Security Solutions did a outstanding job with keyless entry of our business in Elk Grove Village IL. They were very timely, very clean work and got the job done quickly.
