The customer requested a complex security system for a new construction multi-family residential project.
Forbel team installed an IP based smart video-intercom system that allows tenants to receive calls from the front door to their mobile application. Integrated access control system – to use key fobs or mobile devices to get to the common building zones (lobby, hallways) and directly to each apartment. Forbel technicians installed wireless access points as a support infrastructure to connect the access control devices to it. Video surveillance systems covered exterior and common areas on the first floor for general occupants’ safety and security. Elevator call system was installed and programmed to control the elevator in case of fire and make it go to a specific floor as requested by elevator code.
